An API to skip the tedious bits of browsing

About Us

We’re a research lab exploring what the web looks like when AI is deeply, subtly integrated into how you experience it. We think the answer is closer to tedium reduction than full delegation to an AI agent. A web that’s beautiful again, because someone is finally on the user’s side. Where the experience is owned by the user.

This starts with a deep understanding of each site, not just its content, but its functionality. A new kind of index that maps what a site can do, how to get it into the right state, what’s behind logins and paywalls, and how its capabilities can be extended beyond what’s on the surface. We think this is foundational, and largely unexplored.

We’re very excited for AI browsers, but today they are binary, you hand off a task, they churn away, and you get a result back. We want to demonstrate, with evidence, that there’s a better way: AI that’s woven into that session: always present, adjusting in the background, stepping in where there’s tedium and stepping back where there’s judgment. Not an agent that replaces you, but an environment that anticipates what you need and clears the path, leaving you free to learn and discover.
